At PERNOPASTA it is our intention to meet the requirements of the market and to satisfy our valued customers in terms of the highest standards in quality. In our production process at PERNOPASTA we use only the best quality of durum wheat semolina which is treated with absolutely bacteria-free, pure water. We thus obtain a pasta dough, rich in proteins and typical for the long-standing tradition of our famous Mediterranean cuisine.
The quality and the nutritional value of the raw materials which we use in the production of our pasta products are continuously monitored by specialized food laboratories.
